The things people ask before they book

How much does a split system install cost?

It depends on the size of the unit, the wall and pipe run, and whether power needs any work. That is why the quote is free and comes after a proper look, rather than a number over the phone that changes on the day. Honest pricing up front, no bill shock.

How long does an installation take?

Jack confirms the timing at the site visit, once he has seen the pipe run and the power. Same week service is standard, so you are not waiting a month for a date.

What size split system do I need?

It comes down to the room size, which way it faces, the ceiling height, the windows and the insulation. Undersizing means it never keeps up, oversizing wastes money and cycles badly. Jack measures up on the site visit and recommends the kW that suits the room.

Do you take away the old unit?

Yes. On a replacement the old unit comes out, goes with us and is disposed of. You are not left with it in the side yard.

Which brands do you repair?

All major brands. Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and ActronAir come up most often in our own split system work, and we handle the other common Australian brands too. We only install equipment we would put in our own home.
